3. Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or in-person.
- Payment: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed by the due date specified in your confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees are based on the timing of your cancellation:
- More than 5 days before tour or activity: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of 6%.
- Less than 24 Hours before activity: No refund.
5. Changes to Bookings
Requests for changes to your booking will be accommodated when possible, but may incur additional fees.
6. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as cancellations or medical emergencies.
7. Liability
Snow Peak Tour & Travels is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters or government actions.
8. Travel Documentation
Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel documents. We provide information but cannot guarantee entry.
