“I recently completed the Mardi Himal trek, and as a first-time trekker with no cardio training and recovering from a flu, I was quite nervous. However, my guide Anil and our porter made the experience absolutely seamless and joyful. Anil was incredibly attentive and patient, constantly adjusting the pace to suit my needs and checking in on my well-being. He is a fantastic representative of Nepal—friendly, respectful, and genuinely caring. Beyond the trekking support, he is a great photographer and we shared so many laughs even when the climb got challenging! Both Anil and the porter, Shitalrm (sorry for the incorrect spelling) were so knowledgeable and eager to share stories about local culture and beliefs, which made the journey much more meaningful. The accommodation and meal arrangements were excellent throughout. I felt safe and supported every step of the way. If you are heading to the Himalayas, I cannot recommend this team highly enough!”

“This was an amazing one day hike! If you want to get out and see the mountains, but are in the off season or don’t have enough time for a multi day hike, this is your for you! My guide, Jet Bhadur Nepli, was fantastic! He knew all the great picture taking spots, was knowledgeable about the area and hikes available, and set a great pace for the hike! If you do this hike, be sure to bring water, bandaids, and tall hiking socks because there are leeches. You take some stops along the way for coffee, tea, and food which allows you to rest along the way. I had such an amazing time on this tour and wish I had more days to have done a longer one. If you find yourself in the Pokhara area of Nepal, this is a must do tour, and Jet Bhadur Nepli is the guide you want to show you this area!”

All of our questions were answered by him, and we felt very supported and safe during the trek. His service was flawless including sorting our food and drink orders along the trek and getting us great rooms at the guest houses. We had beautiful views from Poon Hill and it was incredible. “We done the 4d/3n Mardi Himal trek. It was amazing from start to finish and our guide Santosh sherestha was brilliant. He was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout. Our porter Kishna was also amazing, we were in complete awe of him the whole time! We were lucky enough to get incredible views when we reached Base camp which made the early start and long day so worth it. I cannot recommend this company enough and we would definitely use again when returning to Nepal”

“Golma and our beloved porter Gotam went above and beyond to exceed every expectation. They were constantly positive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our experience. We weren’t the most prepared, but they adapted completely to our pace and made sure we reached the top and returned safely, confidently, and in good spirits. Our 5-day trek to Annapurna Base Camp was tough—but filled with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Along the way, we passed through mountains, remote villages, dense forests, bamboo jungles, rivers, and all kinds of incredible and ever-changing terrain. We also learned so much about Nepal, especially the villages we passed through and the breathtaking mountain landscapes surrounding us. “We did the Mardi himal trek with Vishnu for 5 days. He is the best guide we could ever hope for. Very kind and helpful, making us feel safe and very welcome. The weather in April is chilly, not too cold. The whole trek had beautiful scenery especially the forest part. The view of the mountains is very worth it. Vishnu made sure we had a safe trip. Always asking about our condition to make sure we don’t overexerting ourself. He told us many fascinating stories about the trek and accommodated everything we requested Also, Special thanks to our porters, Ram and Ossim for taking care of us and taking good pictures :) It is one of the most memorable trip ever thanks to them.”

We started with a drive from Pokhara airport to Ulleri, then trekked through beautiful trails to reach Ghorepani. The highlight came early on the second day when we hiked to Poon Hill to watch a breathtaking sunrise. Afterward, we continued our journey toward Tadapani, passing through vibrant rhododendron forests and stunning landscapes. The route is excellent, requiring a bit of effort at the beginning, but the view of the mountains is superb, and nature allows you to quiet down and find the best in yourself and the world. “the Guide , Purus, from Snow Peak is a really awesome guide That take me and my wife to have a two day tracking into Poon Hill. On the road, the guy makes everything super comfortable. Not only your lunch, the dinner, the hotel, the tracking Routes, all the time are so awesome and beautiful. Snow Peak perhaps a new founded company, but is very responsible to do everything well managed. “Booking the Mardi Himal trek through Snow Peak was quick, effortless and well arranged. I was able to pay with card, and they took good care of my bag while I was on the trek. My guide Purus (Purushottam) was pivotal in providing a very fun and engaging experience! Purus speaks English fluently, can happily chat about any subject, shared many tidbits of Nepali language and culture with me, and became a very helpful and compassionate friend during my first trek in Nepal. Most importantly - Purus has over 25 years of trekking experience and seemed to know everyone and every option on the mountain (or make friends very quickly)! This came in handy as I had booked the trek last-minute during the busiest weekend of the year (whoops). Without Purus, I definitely would not have been able to secure accommodation along the trek - I saw many people get turned away as every guesthouse was full to the brim, even dining halls and tents. Overall I highly recommend trekking with Purus and Snow Trek.”

Our guide Santos has been amazing and has made the trip an unforgettable experience (even though we were unlucky with the weather) he has been very flexible to our needs and adapted the itinerary to suit us. We were considering doing this trek without a guide however, although the trek is not too difficult, I would still highly recommend booking a good guide such as Santos as the local knowledge and expertise you will receive is more than worth the additional cost (as well as him being a good laugh and great company for the whole trip!)”
